so beezle was bad the whole time?

so i just saw this movie and i was wondering some stuff..

1.Whos the cop with the burnt skin and the sunglasses that was after charlie and rachael?

2.Was beezle bad the whole time? or did the devil turn into him? if so what happened to the real beezle then?

3.Who were those bikers? and why did the blond hair girl want charlie and them to make it back to the real world?

THE BLONDE HAIR CHICK WAS SAMS LOST LOVER THAT THE COP TOOK TO HELL FOR THE DEVIL SHE WANTED TO GO BACK BECAUSE TO GO BACK TO SAM SHE DIDN'T KNOW THAT TIME PAST CAUSE IN HELL TIME NEVER CHANGES FROM WHAT THEY SAID IN THE MOVIE.THE BIKERS I THINK WERE JUST MISFITS THAT GOT CAUGHT FROM HELL CAUSE IF YOU NOTICED THE COPS GOES FOR ANYONE TO TAKE TO HELL.

beezle is the devil but instead of a guy with goat legs and a pitchfork they portrayed him as a trickster to try and trick people into doing things

Beezle is short for "Beelzebub" which is a name for the Devil, so Beezle is the Devil. If you see the movie again you see the place he works is called the "Fallen Angel"...the Devil.

Also, notice early in the movie how the biker is very careful in his respect or better put, fear of Beezle. He doesn't show that level of treading for anyone else. He is a real bully to everyone else including Hellcop, but he doesn't raise his voice one time to Beezle. The fact that Beezle is short for Beelzebub, The Devil, is a giveaway.

Beezle was the devil and he has many disguises. The devil is mostly just misunderstood. He offered Charlie a fair deal and he kept his end of the bargain.

I'd guess that the devil is mostly bored in his kingdom and enjoys a bit of sport once in a while.

He worked for satan/beezle. So when Beezle wanted somebody from "our dimension" he sent the "hell cop."

2.Was beezle bad the whole time? or did the devil turn into him? if so what happened to the real beezle then?

Beezle is and always was the devil the whole time. In fact, he made it very clear near the end when Charlie asked him about being satan and he said it was just one of his many manifestations. Also, at the end of the scene where Charlie finds Rachel while she was playing the violin, after Charlie and Rachel leave, the devil spins the mirror and he then turns back into Beezle. We see this. And he also came across as more insightful and less bad than what some religions teach about the "devil." It was more a game to him, as beezle stated when Charlie took Rachel. I personally liked Beezle.

3.Who were those bikers? and why did the blond hair girl want charlie and them to make it back to the real world?

Do not know for sure, but as stated already, likely a bunch of misfits latching onto Royce to get some sort of favor in the eyes of beezle. Apparently Royce was once Beezle's protégé. So being good friends with him gives them privileges others would not have.
