Watch both movies. Meredith Baxter burns up the screen. I've seen footage of the actual Betty Broderick at the trial, and Baxter captures the rage and mental-disconnect-from-reality perfectly.

Meredith Baxter is one of my favorite actresses for a reason. The intensity she brings to this role is unmatched.
