Great third act!
I discovered this film last week and found it quite slow at first, but the third act really gets going and was a lot of fun. Credit to both Jeff Daniels for earning his paycheck!
shareJust like you, I found the movie a bit slow in the beginning, but my goodness, what an incredible final act. As Robert McKee (as also portrayed in his lectures in the real world) mentioned in the movie "Adaptation" (2002): "I'll tell you a secret. The last act makes a film. Wow them in the end, and you've got a hit. You can have flaws, problems, but wow them in the end, and you've got a hit."
Well done both to Jeff Daniels and Ariana Richards.
