idk y but wen i watch this i get like scared, like something is gonna like jump outta no where. theres like NO talking. does anyone else get scared wen they watch this?

WHEN I watched this, I enjoyed it very much. The animators do a fine job of conveying emotion through W&G's faces, hence dialogue is not needed. Enjoy the silence.

A Grand Day Out was the first W & G film I ever saw when I was about 8. I don't remember ever being creeped out by it but I can see why people would find it somewhat creepy.

Only one character has a voice in the entire film and it would seem that him and his dog are the only two living people on Earth. But when they get on the moon you kind of start to wonder when something really exciting will happen.

Really really late but totally agree! When I was a kid I couldn't stand it( though I like it more now I'm older) especially how empty it all was and how quiet it was. What really scared me though, was when the robot thingy went really fast with his arms waving.... I dunno, it creeps me out. Yeah, I get the feeling that something is gonna jump out. Much prefer wrong trousers and close shave.... :)

I don't think they intended for it to be 'creepy' but I think they made it kind of empty and silent on purpose.
