Near the end of the movie ,when mothara drops godzilla and battra , mothy nakes does this this spell thing and I was wondering what the hell was the point for it didntdo anything in this movie or the next!

It was supposed to be a prison Mothra was supposed to be sealing Godzilla in a Prison but apparently he was too powerful and broke the prison Mothra underestimated him as she did before
