havent seen this movie yet but I saw a scene early in the morning and it had 2 girls who were singing to a cocoon it was all webby looking and then it starts looking like its breathing and then..... a hole appears and out from it comes a million little different colored bird apparitions that fly out and flutter into a beautiful background and then form up and there is a flash of light and its mothra flapping her wings.

does anyone know which movie its from? possibly this one?

its in color and doesnt appear to be too old or too new for that matter.

This sounds like it could be from one of the Rebirth of Mothra triology of movies, either the first or second one (I haven't seen the third). It's been a while since I watched them, but it sounds familiar.

It definitely wasn't from this movie or the 60s GvM.

That would be Mothra Leo's birth scene from the first Rebirth of Mothra (1996).
