Don't get me wrong, I still love the replacement roar, but I do love the deep, growly roar from Godzilla 1984, Godzilla vs Biollante and Godzilla vs King Ghidorah so very much. I just don't see any reason to change the roar.

The replacement roar was more or less the 60s-70s roar, which to many people IS the iconic Godzilla roar.
shareI hated the change. It made Godzilla sound less intimidating. The suit design also reflects that. It looks and sounds quite different from the previous King Ghidora movie.
I also hated the atomic ray sound. It sounds like a generic sci fi laser beam. The atomic ray sound almost never changes. What happened there?
