None of them are licenced, to sell realestate, I'm guessing Williamson is, and that's why all the contracts go thru him, and why he has his job, so he gets a cut

Just watched it and Ed Harris's character said they get 10%.

Moss was at $27,000, which meant $2,700-4,050, probably not at quota. The other two were, well, in trouble.
