Or if you translated the title into British English, it could be Petrol, Bed & Breakfast.

The sentimental, gag-inducing German title translates as 'Lost Hearts', but then the Germans often distort titles for the sake of it. 'Zimmer Frei' would have been a more faithful rendition.

Well the "frei" part still sums up thoughts of a hearty breakfast, but "zimmer" makes it sound like it's exclusively for old folks . . .

Well, from an English-speaking p.o.v, perhaps ;) , and 'Zimmer Frei' is not perfect.
But 'Verlorene Herzen' ist definitely a toe-curlingly bad title for a movie like this.
