Why do some DVD and VCD covers show him wearing the blue smock and haircap? He never wears them in the movie.

Also, why is the movie called Dr. Lamb. He's not a doctor (he never even seemed to have wanted to be a doctor in flashbacks, etc.) and his character's name last name is Lin, not Lamb (unless the English subtitles were screwed up)?
