How much would the stock be worth?
Assuming that Harold bought the $5000 of Douglas stock after the war, say January 1946 for the sake of argument, how much would the McDonell-Douglas stock have been worth in 1992?

shareThat's what they said in the movie. But, I wonder. Over the years, with stock splits, buy outs, mergers, etc., I would think it would be worth a lot more. I was thinking that someone might have access to the history of the stock since 1946 and could figure it out.
