Basically, she was either planning on killing him and blaming it on Isaac (his handprints already being on the dumbbell, it wouldn't have been hard). Then, she most likely would have just snuck back in the detention center during the next open visiting hours and her and Uma would have switched places again (it would have been very difficult to achieve and she have had to hope against hope that nobody recognized her or noticed that her sister wasn't her - but not necessarily impossible). Or, she was planning on giving him the dumbbell and going with that "pass" execuse until Isaac was convicted, and then the detective decided to check his facts - that's probably the more likely one. Or she would have done that and told the detective the story she tried to pass off on Isaac's shrinks (the ones she thought were detectives) about him having corrupted her (she doesn't know how anti the insanity plea he is, so she didn't think about it) and the husband's murder having been Isaac's idea. It's a very confusing ending, that's for sure.
