this movie came out when i was four and i remember watching it all the time when i was little. now i'm 17 and i still enjoy it just as much as i did then. it's rare for a movie to keep me interested for 15 years!
i think that Batty is the best animated character of all time. It has so much of what the cartoons of today are lacking.
I totally agree. I used to watch it all the time when I was little, it's a shame that I haven't seen it for ages (VHS player broken) I must purchase the DVD version.
It really did change my childhood, it's just so magical and fun!

I loved watching this movie growing up, and still do. I would even go outside and pretend I could talk to caterpillars. (I was a wierd kid.) This movie was and probably will remain one of the very few animations with a moral that will apply across the board for all time.

Very well done with great songs, lovable and rememberable characters, and some
extraordinarily beautiful scenes.
It is definitely underrated and under appreciated, but I will always love it and have been loving it for 9 years straight...
