MGM is releasing it as a Manufacture-On-Demand DVD this December. You can order it from Screen Archives Entertainment and Amazon.
shareFatal Charm is on DVD as part of a package of 3 movies on one dvd which came
out in 2002. It's called Triple Bill: Quick, Fatal Charm, the Bronx War. It was
released on AAFES/Spartan Home Entertainment with the catalog number T0293.
All three films are presented in Full Frame format. The image quality is quite good,
especially for a disc with three movies on it.
The DVD is available via Amazon.com.
I doubt if you find THAT movie alone on DVD, but it comes on a DVD with two other movies titled, "Triple Bill." Basically, 3 movies. Fatal Charm, Bronx War, and some other movie. (can't remember the name right off) I bought the DVD for $5 off Amazon.

The beginning is great, really grabs your attention... The second half is blah, and rushed. I wonder what happen to Sandy.. who is Valarie's friend , but I think its safe to say that he killed her. Also Val'as mom..not sure of her outcome. Leaves you hanging a bit.
