good cast for a 'B' movie

I watched it on cable for the first time over the weekend and I was thinking the exact same thing. The cast really made the movie for me, especially Lance Henriksen and Tony Todd. Also, I loved the scene with the mobsters breaking the cops legs. You don't see that every day lol. It's definitely one of the better "B" action movies to come out in the 90's.

Don't forget Burt Young.
