The filming location where Cathy and Heathcliffe are sat under the tree on a limescale pavement is NOT above Malham cove but at Hill Castles Scar near Conistone and Kilnsey.The tree is still there as are others that can be seen in the backgound.If you are planning on looking for it park in Conistone and head up a bridlepath towards a TV/radio mast on the hill and its location is about another 400 yards further up the hill.We have managed to find it today 8/8/10.
