Nurse Giggles

I kinda came up with a story for a sequel. My idea is that while Randell was in
the instituion he had alittle fling with a female patient. This other inmate would give birth to his daughter. This daughter would grow up to be a psychocatic nurse who also has an evil giggle. She comes to seek revenge on
the Holly Combs character for murdering her father and also means to kill her
infant child. I think Sheri Moon would be awesome for Nurse Giggles and bring
back Larry Drake for dream/flashback scenes (Its a darn shame he was killed off
and not being a supernatural killer like Freddy/Jason) Any feedback on my idea?

I also think Thora Birch (The Hole) would also be a cool Dr.Giggles daughter-
turned-evil-nurse. Larry Drake would pop up in several dream scenes telling her
how to practice his sort of medicine. The character Holly Combs played would
have to come back as well since she was so good in the first one. I think I
came up a great way to bring this slasher film into a series. I am just not
completely sure who would be better in the Nurse Giggles role Moon or Birch.

I don't have any input on the actress to play the character, but I must admit that I'd go see this movie.

I sort of really use to like Dr. Giggles, but I'd really love it if his character hadn't died in the end. I mean, really, Dr. Giggles 2 would've been fun. :) And Holly Marie Combs is good too.

I hated that Dr.Giggles died too. Thats why my little idea would have alot of dream scenes of him teaching his daughter what to do. It would be a great way of mixing generations of slasher characters. I also thought it would be cool for
the character Holly Combs played to have a child that would be the prime target
for Nurse Giggles to attempt to kill. I also thought this nurse could have very
red rosey cheecks and constantly suck loilipops to maintain a playful but evil
girl

I just thought of this how about Linsday Lohan as the evil nurse?.I The Nurse
Giggles in my sequel idea is suppose to appear sweet,innocent, childlike, and
playful. But she really is evil and only wishes to carry out her father's work
It would interseting to see Lohan play a villian. Any idea which actress is
worthy to be Dr.Giggles nurse? Thora Birch, Sheri Moon Zombie, or Lohan?

Sounds good.

I was thinking that the daughter could be a student in like med school or something and she gets nightmares/flashbacks about Dr. Giggles and then when she does research in the library she'll see who Dr.Giggles was and how he died and who killed him, etc and she goes out and seeks revenge and Holly's character Jennifer has a child and the nurse goes out to kidnap it and seek revenge on Jennifer. Good idea!!

I have thought about it and I feel that Thora Birch would be best for my imaginary Dr.Giggles sequel. I like that idea about her being a student
and doing research.
Another good idea would be is that after Ms. Giggles goes mad and dresses like
a childlike/evil nurse she decides to use Jennifer's child to perform some
expermintal surgy her father and grandfather were toying around with.
Jennifer becomes aware of Nurse Giggles because the woman that Randell had a
fling with in the ayslum tells Jennifer stories about Candi (Nurse Giggles
real first name I thought it would fit since this character constanly sucks loipops and eats lemon drops) operating on her dolls and giving pets medicine
(poison) and giggling the whole time. Jennifer fears that Candi might be following in her father's footsteps and is one responsable for a series of
bizzare murders/disapearances in her neighborhood. Then Jennifer does everything
she can to save her son from Candi's gruesome experiment. Candi lures the boy into a trap by earning his trust with candy and toys. Jennifer races to save him
and has one heck of a cat fight with Candi (Holly Combs and Thora Birch cat fighting what male can shoot down that idea lol)
I really wish I can contact the studio about this story idea

I wish I could find out to contact the studio. I have tried to find Thora Birch's email to pitch the idea to her but that turned out to be impossible.
I have started making a somewhat crude outline of a Nurse Giggles script.
I am glad that all the feedback here has been postive

1. Dr. Candi Rendell(Nurse Giggles)-Thora Birch
2. Jenifer-Holly Marie Combs
3. Dr. Evan Rendell- Larry Drake (flashbacks and Candi's visions)
4. The patient who Dr. Giggles had a child with- Jennifer Tilly in
a cameo
5. Dr. Jay Travis- Sid Haig. Small part where he plays the new Moorhigh
town Doctor. Kinda arrogant jerk. Came up with a scene where Nurse
Giggles operates on him with teddy bear handpuppets dressed as doctors
and nurses

I thought adding Tilly and Haig would be perfect for a horror/comedy like this

I think it all sounds good. I'd definitely go to see Nurse Giggles in theaters. It did suck that Dr. Giggles died, but that scene was still funny "Take two and call me in the morning."

I think that is actually a good idea. Has anyone thought about Jennifer's (Holly Marie Combs) heart condition? Remember that Jennifer had a heart condition (which drew Dr. Rendell to her) and for the entire movie she had to be careful to keep her heart rate down or she would end up having a heart attack but she did raise the heart rate while she is trying to escape from Dr. Rendell and ultimately killing him, and that almost killed her.
If the writers did, they may have to consider giving Jennifer's child the same condition and that would draw Candy "Nurse Giggles" Rendell to the child and Jennifer fighting tooth and nail to save her child and, sadly, Jennifer would die (not from the fight and Killing her but a hidden problem caused from her heart condition in the original "Giggles").

My Idea for Candy would be Rose McGowan, and what about having a pre-teen actress to play Jennifer's child. If they did they should consider the girl from "Road te Terebithia"

Rose McGowan? Good suggestion macca. I can see her pull off a childlike psychopath that I had in mind for Candy- although Thora Birch is still
my top fav. McGowan is a good strong second favorite. I also like
the Terebithia kid suggestion. You pretty good at casting macca

Im going to have some extra spare time this month. Im going to try to
write a rough draft script. It may end up just being fan fiction
stuff but I feel that a second "Giggles" story must be told

did you ever get any further on this...I really believe that sounds fantastic. Except for the whole Thora Birch as Nurse Giggles thing-what the hell kind of laugh does she have anyway? Sherri Moon Zombie would be good as Nurse Giggles...I think Anna Faris would be good...she's funny.

that would be awesome, my fav movie
but everyone did forget Glenn Quinn(Max Anderson) Jennifer's boyfriend
and if you want to have a daughter. He should be the father.
My opinion of the plot would be that Nurse giggles (and i have a great actress for the roll. it would be Angela Bettis from May) tries to get a heart from patients to relive Dr giggles and in the mean time. Jennifer's daughter would be in college and comes across a abandoned hospital(from no.1)and asks jennifer what it was and jennifer doesn't talk about it, so the daughter researches it and finds out the whole story with jennifer and dr giggles. After jennifer gets a heart at tack and goes to hospital and her nurse is nurse giggles

And cast would be

Nurse Giggles- Angela Bettis
DR giggles(flashback and at the end)-Larry drake
jennifer-holly marry combs
Max Anderson- Glenn Quinn
Jennifer's daughter-maybe Kaley Cuoco
Jennifer's daughter's boyfriend- Adam Brody
Officer Joe Reitz- Keith Diamond

Like it
