Any other good horror/black comedy movies from the same era?

I really love horror movies from this era - I used to see so many on cable in the mid 90s when I was younger. A few other good ones along the lines of this movie include The Dentist (1 & 2) and The Ice-Cream Man. Sort of horror/black comedy mix. Anyone know of any other good ones from the 90s?

Unfortunately, the 90's were pretty sparse with good horror films. After the 80's slasher craze, horror got pretty much set aside until the new-wave craze that followed after Scream. I miss the 80's cheese....it's good to see a film like this that isn't too serious but still good to watch. Best one recently was been Hatchet.

a little later on The Surgeon was a pretty good horror film. I saw it in 97 so it was probably a 95/96 release. Believe Peter Boyle was in it. Of course I like all kinds of horror films and will grade them on a curve. = )

good point about The Dentist. You'll never look at a root canal and cap the same way again

A few more slashers/horror comedies that haven't been mentioned yet.

Blood Salvage
Candyman
The Landlady
Serial Mom
Pinocchio's Revenge
Clownhouse
The Mangler
Funny Man
Wishmaster
Rumpelstiltskin

Keep in mind that I wouldn't necessarily call any of these "great", but they're reasonably enjoyable for the most part.
