Spoilers ahead: The house keeper puts the girl into bed. When exiting, ominous music is heard, and the doll pushes (or scares her into falling) down the flight of stairs. Then, a doll's eye rolls toward her, but the doll appears behind her and stabs her. The house keeper runs (into the basement?) and tries to turn the only light available: a hanging light bulb. It doesn't work, but then she is pushed by the doll into a tub of water (bathtub? pool?). The doll grabs the bulb and pulls it and its wires into the tub. As the earlier post stated... electrocution.
