toymaster guy?

i might be thinking of a different movie, but i remember seeing this on the sci-fi channel years ago ... i'm pretty sure i remember the evil baby doll and not much else, but i think there was this guy who ... controlled the toys and when the protagonists, whoever they were, found out about him, there was a flashback where you see this woman in labor - she's the wife of a guy home from the army or something - and she has the baby but he's deformed or something, then i guess rejected/abandoned and becomes the master of the demonic toys...

yeah, my memory sucks.

i wish the sci-fi channel would show so-bad-it's-good films like this one instead of their truly lame original productions.
