Little girls wearing gas masks riding tricycles was creepy

For some reason the scene that does spook me for real is where spirits show up as little white girls in Sunday dresses, wearing creepy gas masks and riding tricycles around the haunted toy warehouse. These are not good spirits but bad ones meant to serve as scouts and alarms. The three of them ride silently around the warehouse and when they spot the good guys they point wordlessly at them and sound honking alarms. Whoever dreamed up that movie idea was brilliant. It creeped me out.
