He might have been more believable for them to be fighting over, but I'm not sure it would have been such campy fun.
I think you'd have much the same movie. Ford's comedic chops are pretty good.
Nah, Ford wouldn't have been half as funny. He's too used to playing the alpha male, which Ernest is certainly not. Willis was hilarious in this movie.
We'd have a very grumpy Ernest.
