Goldie talks original ending

I've been hearing about the original ending for years. I didn't know if it was true but now listening to Goldie.....I want to see it!

Interesting, she really liked the original and thinks the one we got was ‘all about money’. I’m torn because I like the funny, grim ending, but I always feel there’s a richer, deeper film hiding within Death Becomes Her.

Perhaps that film was shot and destroyed in the edit, or perhaps the script needed a rewrite. It’s a film with great moments that keep you coming back, but when you do it’s never quite the sum of its parts.
