Is That Wilson?

Early in the movie they are watching a news broadcast on TV. The commentator's voice sounds just like Wilson from Home Improvement. When they show his face for a couple of seconds at the end of the clip it sure looks like Earl Hindman with a beard. The actor/character is not listed in the credits. Anyone know if it is Hindman? This movie was aired just as Home Improvement was becoming a big hit. My guess is it is Hindman.
