Anybody know the ending?

It's been awhile since I've seen it too but I recall most of the people in the town being transformed into vampires and then some crazy religious guy that drives around in a van or maybe old ice cream truck rams into the head vampire with a wooden cross on the front of the car.

the head vampire gets killed, and the children are set free. then everyone come back to normal (or something, it felt to ambigous to figure if even the ones that were killed as a vamp did come back to)
