Question
1) What happened to Andy after Child's play 3? I know that the police took him at the very end, but after child's play 3, we never seen or hear about Andy in bride or seed of chucky.
shareProbably because the writers couldn't come up with any more ideas of how Chucky could track Andy down. It would get too samey if they kept going down that route.
Also the end of CP3 seemed to be the closure for Andy. I haven't seen Bride or Seed, wasn't there even a small reference to Andy in those??

Yes, there was a small reference to Andy in Bride. Tiffany (while still in her human form) had some newspaper clippings on the wall. One of them said something like "Boy claims doll is possessed by soul of serial killer". I don't recall seeing any references in Seed.
