She hurt animals and tried to kill her brother. What if sh did kill him? She almost succeeded. These parents are crazy. I would not let her hurt my other kid. I would have sent her back. Do we feel sorry for serial killers cause they were abused as children? I'm sorry this kid knew right from wrong. Think of the horror she put her little brother through. I'm sorry but this child is pure evil and being abused is just an excuse.

Without considering any of that you think she was just born bad? No chance that tenderness and care paid to a kid....she suffered for 7 years...you don't think she deserves 7 years to redeem herself? Or do you think she should shrug off her shaping years of abuse and at the age of 7, realise what was right and wrong?
Kids need to be shown...conscience doesn't fully developed until 10 or so.
