Does anyone know what Bruce Lee film is playing during the fight scene at the ships cinema?

jackie actually starred in that movie - he was a stunt man who was kicked through a window

Nope, that was Fist of Fury, jackie chan also stared in Enter the dragon, but he wasn't in Game of death.

Samo hung instead had a small role in the "completed" 1978 version of Robert Clouse

And Yuen Biao was one of the Bruce doubles throughout the film. I'm unsure if Yuen Wah did any stunt doubling, though. To be honest I don't think he did, but I could well be wrong.

Yuen Wah did do some stunt work in Game Of Death.
