Dubbing?
The scene where Charlie and his red-headed date go to the restaurant then end up at the food stand seemed very dubbed over, the synch was terrible. Audio issue or maybe just the copy I had?
shareLol I'm literally watching this scene right now and noticed how bad it sounded. What people don't know is that every line in a movie is dubbed over in post production. It's called ADR. TV soaps and sitcoms don't dub but other shows might.
It stands out when the sound doesn't match the location. You need to put in some reverb that makes it sound like the speech is taking place within that physical space, not a recording booth. First Blood is a movie I would like a sound guy to remix because it all sounds dubbed.
