Is this the movie...

I've always remembered a movie I watched in school, many years ago. The only thing I remembered about it was a scene where a kid tries to rob a store, and the owner says something like, "OK, if you need the money", to which the kid replies, "No, don't you get it, I'm robbing you." Today I was in my town library when I came across this title in the VHS section. The title sounded so familiar. Is this indeed the film I've been thinking about all these years?
