I want this on DVD... but where can I get it??

Ok, so apparently this movie has been lost to the ages because I cannot for the life of me find it on DVD. I don't understand! I grew up with Blinky Bill. This movie came out when I was little and my older sister took me to see it. I loved it. I want to see it again, but it seems to only be available second hand on VHS tape! I don't have a VCR. This is 2011 for goodness' sake!
Does anyone know where I could at least BORROW a DVD of this movie? I am crestfallen.

I actually own it on dvd, ordered it from the Netherlands (I live in Belgium, so the language is the same). Anyway I can help?

Not sure if you are still looking but I've bought a really good copy of Blinky Bill (THE movie) on DVD from eBay. Obviously transferred, but quite excellent quality for a VHS rip. I promise you it's THE movie from 1992, not one of the more common tv series episodes, and the disc is double sided so you might need to switch sides to see which side has the movie.
