I really liked Michael Madsen in this, but all Charlie Sheen did was growl and act like this stupid little ball of energy. How the hell did such an unhinged wild man get approved to serve in the police force? Write-up here: http://actionagogo.com/?p=8143

You're nuts. Charlie had an edge back then, he was perfect for the role. Madsen was not even believable.
