It's on right now and (20 years later) I was reminded how much I loved it when it aired the first time. I'm so surprised to come here and see so few comments. Chris Cooper is an amazing actor. I knew when I saw this and another TV movie he made, Lonesome Dove that he was destined for the big screen. One of his later TV movies The Deliverance of Elaine is one of my personal favorites.

This is the truth. This is the 1st time I took notice of the great Chris Cooper. Amazing actor.

I agree that he did a good job of acting in this movie. But....I found this one to be below average for a Lifetime drama. It was kinda boring.
