It's a decent little movie with a very strong cast. Did this get a very wide release in 1991? I had never heard of it until I found it on VHS in the budget bins this week.

THE ONLY TIME WHEN YOU FAIL IS THE TIME WHEN YOU GIVE UP TRYING

I think it was just a nice little script/film for Roger to work on, mean he must have been around 60, and just wanted to do as little work as possible.

Where Dalton is an amazing actor he should have starred in this film with sir Roger it would have been a blockbusting hit

Apparently, B&B was waiting two or three years to be released, once they made the same in 91. VHS came much earlier in EU video distribution compared to US.

That was my understanding while reading a short introduction in early 94' when it was first available as video release. Whether this is true for all markets - I really can't say, but certainly looks that way.

The motive of Moore's arrival is clearly under influence of Richard Chamberlain's version of Bourne, mind you, the only proper Bourne. B&B is one of those pleasant movies I refuse to criticize. The ending is very undeciseful and expedient solution, probably editing decisions under such late release.

Not sure what was the change, but Roger looks younger then he was in A View To A Kill (1985). No, I'm not insisting he is younger, but at the end of AVTK, he was really much older looking to me then in B&B. Hair color, moderate lifting?

Dalton and Moore are my favorite Bonds, but Moore said he never watched LD and LTK, and as much as I respect him as 007 and Templar, I don't believe he was truthful about that.

in the beginning it states clearly that roger moore is the main star, also on the back of the cover and end credits, so why in the world does the front cover have him placed fourth as "and roger moore" after people i've never heard of except one actress playing the wife in the rocky movies, its usually the exact other way around, funny i had never heard of this movie before either, the picture quality was remarkably bad for a movie of this time, and its really a disgrace to see 007 beaten up by punks, moore doesn't look to have aged a bit here since bond a decade earlier, imagine if the movie makers would given moore the money and you would have had one of the "real bonds" in several more adventures, how awesome would that have been, seems you won't see the likes of connery and moore again, i think they should go with a female bond from here on, both young and old i talk to prefer connery and moore and don't even know the names of the later ones, bring the gun barrel opening and theme music back for goodness sake and let the bond movies stand out from other action movies. the language in this is so obscene the movie loses all its credibility, i don't mean to sound like a snob, but i watch old movies, and often one asks what has happened to moviemaking.

after long prairie rides,
saddled down stepped in your playful parlour in town,
youre so bad was to teach you a lesson or two,
made me lose focus as you leaned your head and changed the mood,
promised rusty heart wouldnt let you in,
used your tactic and like on a door you got the bolts unhinged,
like a 20th century machine vacuumed my throat you put my heart in your mouth,
used your full lips honey and tongue swirled it around,
like blessed with natural special effects you made my soul spin,
magic sparkle just like in hollywood darlin,
your cheerful way other women pale,
make me feel i found home covered in complete embrace,
like rolling around in the mud happy to be a man.
