SCARY, DYSTOPIAN AND PRESCIENT

This is not some cute comedy. It may seem that way at first but the absentee mother (Bébé) who refuses to care for her kids (who happen to be three violent thuggish truants) and Bébé's "friend" Jamika, a politically correct pseudo-social worker who refuses to make judgment calls, disturbingly describe contemporary American life a quarter-century later. "We [Bébé's kids] don't die, we multiply" is one of the rap refrains and it's true. These kids are now admitted to college campuses which have lowered or eliminated standards and dictate terms to politicians. Civilization is done for.
