Man with 27 noses!

The supporting cast of freaks in the "Basket Case" sequels contribute greatly to the films' charms, but find the "man with 27 noses" the most bizarre of all... I mean why 27?!! lol. He demonstrates the gloriously ludicrous joy of the series as much as Belial and his babies!
