I have a million questions about locations

You guys seem to travel a lot. For me, I think the director should have mentioned something about the location of every scene. A little subtitle at the corner of the screen could have done. So...can somebody tell me where is:

1- The african men dancing and throwing their javelins ?
2- The charming tribal ritual that was stolen later in "The fall" ?
3- The tribal group marriage scene .. they look like Masai .. are they ?
4- The south american tribe with body paint ?
5- The volcanoes ?

Seems I am in big trouble .. huh ? Please help me if U can. More questions to come.

but I agree... I was wondering where some of the locations were shot as well. I bought the blu-ray version and hopefully they'll mention it in the 'making of' (not too many features on the disc).

lol about "The Fall" scene - until seeing this movie (and seeing clips on youtube) i found the scene in the movie to be very odd, but now I kinda like it, a lot!

Can't really help with the locations, but I have to say I don't really agree with having information about all the location details.
I really like the one world philosophy behind this, it's not about what country it is, no politics, no differentiation of location whatsoever, it's the world as a whole.
I personally think that labelling every location may have taken away from that somewhat.

"it's the world as a whole", i quote you because i agree. even though in the beginning it bothered me not to know the location cause some of them really left me out of my breath, but after rethinking, I realised that they shouldn't be named. It should be wordless and subtitleless cause that why it's essentially emotional. i think that's why it touched us all so much.
And as the director told about the film Baraka : "its not about where you are,or why you're there, its what's there."
