I'm probably wrong about this, but the sounds that the alien in this movie makes remind me of the sounds at the beginning and end of Marilyn Manson's version of Sweet Dreams...

Yeah your not wrong, I seen a Manson Interview from 1999 or 2000 and he explains his love for full moon flicks, so I'm guessing he might have sampled it.
