How is this a sequel to "Dollman"?

Dollman appears just after the credits, before the paramount logo. Hitting on Nurse Ginger, if I'm not mistaken.

It isn't. Like what's been said before, Dollman appears after the credits. It's a set up, eventually he teams with Nurse Ginger for Dollman vs. Demonic Toys. That film is pretty much a sequel to three films.

Actually, it's Bunny that didn't get restored to her normal size, not Nurse Ginger, but they changed it to Ginger for Demonic Toys. As if anyone would notice or care! ;)
