Cops wearing clothing with English on them

At one point one of the cops (possibly Bo [the woman] but I can't recall for certain) is wearing a shirt or jacket that says "Navy" on it. Bo wears a shirt that says "Airborne" on it, and one of the male cops wears a San Antonio Spurs hat. Is it common in Macau for people to wear this type of apparel (clothes with English writing on them)?
