help me identify uncut dvd!!!

the dvd i own has a different cover than the one shown here on imdb. mine has wong holding a clever, looking over his shoulder with a mean look on his face and he is also holding something white in his other hand(maybe a pork bun?)
does anyone know if this is uncut, it seemes like some of the violence isnt very graphic like when wong cuts people apart, but the rape scene and child murder is very graphic. is this just how the film was made? please comment.
