Just the other day, I saw the buns similar to the ones in the movie at a local chinese restaurant. (hopefully it wasn't made of human meat ;)). AND, they are delicious, I really suggest all to try. They are called BAOZI or described as STEAMED MEAT BUNS.

I agree. They taste great!

Definitely try the steamed "Cha-Siew Bao." This is the proper pronunciation when going to a Cantonese restaurant. This is the exact item as the movie's main prop piece (with barbecue pork of course).
