Where can I buy this DVD/VHS?

Hello All

I saw this movie in 1990 at the Palm Springs International Film Festival and it was amazing. I had a friend pick up a copy for me while he was in China. The problem is, its in Chinese and I don't speak it.

Can anyone point me in the direction to buy this movie?

You saw it in 1990? The page said it was made in 1992...
