What was the delivery man saying to that woman before Iris 'dies'?

The scene where Iris was walking out of her house and got her cane stuck in a crack in the pavement, a delivery van came up and the delivery man was saying something to a woman, but I couldn't make out what he was saying. Does anyone know? Also, the scene where Andrea was telephoning the doctor and Jacob strangled her with the phone cord, he said "Gotcha!" and then something else to her that I couldn't make out either. If anyone know these lines please post. Thanks.

I don't know but it sounded like Andrea said "Jake, no, you're sick." and then he said "No, I'm not sick, you're sick". Or something like that. I've been thinking about buying the script from script city, but unfortunatly, it costs $15. I might though.

If you are looking for a script to this movie, I found one at:

Hope that helps.

For those interested, I sped up the audio from the scene and can finally explain what was said in this seminal, super scary ghost movie!

The diaper delivery man revealed he was the Necromancer (eater of the dead, no, really, that's what it means!) that masterminded the evil clock with a drill in the bottom and direct satellite access to Satan's atomic clock, so that it never ever misses a beat with evil's true time. He was threatening to give the lady he was delivering to an evil batch of soiled diapers if she didn't give him a $20 for having to make a living by driving around in a twisted ice cream truck meets garbage truck. He then breaks down and cries, explaining that he's only evil because he has to cart people's baby crap away, and that he just wanted to finish guitar classes at the Music Shop, but someone stole his rad as hell dragon guitar, and thanks to that thieving jerk, he's stuck delivering diapers, instead.

Riveting stuff.
