love this movie
I saw this movie last year on television, and I fell in love with it immediately. It was so good, completely proves how good Jeff Bridges and Edward Furlong are.

I also went back to the same theater for two more showings. I took two other freinds.
Did you know that the Director Martin Bell. Originaly made the documentary Streetwise. I belive it won an oscar.
If you look closely, it appears he used some of the street kids from the documentary. In this movie, American Heart.
Martin Bell, also put everything he owned on the line to make this movie.
