Would the Xenomorph inside Ripley have been stronger and more intelligent than the previous incarnations since it would have Ripley’s DNA and she has been the only human known to defeat the Alien species.

Maybe slightly, but I don't think it would have a tremendous advantage over other xenomorphs.

i assume the Queen inside Ripley would be superior to the other xenomorphs.
