I recently downloaded a torrent of this movie, which I believe is uncut because it includes all the scenes with the throwin stars, which would've never made it to the uk release, but can anyone confirm the region 1 dvd is uncut?

shareThe uncut version has only been available on Netflix Instant, HD movie channels such as Encore 'Kid-scene' , Showtime, Starz and HBO and also OnDemand/Satelite.
Unfortunately the uncut version is not available on DVD or BluRay..,,might wanna try VUDU as they have all four of them in HD. Reason why I'm thinking is because that uncut HD master might be the current master supplied by the studio. Makes me wonder if the studio paid attention to the fan service of the fans that grew up with this movie and can now handle the uncut version?
I was surprised how extensive and mildly violent some scenes played out. I can now point out every cut that was made now just because I've gown up on the edited PG Edition.
The throwing stars are in the beginning scenes when the kids are training in the forest. Its right at the start.
