It seemed like the concept of a "bad guy" means that you need to shout certain words of your sentence and calmly say the rest.

I remember watching this with my grandma when I was young and after he says, "I want them found NOW! Or I'll tear out your liver!," they show the guy on the other end of the phone hang up and he says, "Pretty please let me find them" and my grandma laughed really hard.
