Any good shows/movies about turn of the century espionage?

Any recommendations about shows/movies that involve mystery/suspense and espionage that take place during the turn of the century (late 1800's to World War I)? I'd especially enjoy something that is set in Europe/Africa/Near East.

I'd be real grateful for any recommendations.

I've read John Buchan's 39 Steps and Greenmantle and Erskine Childers "A Riddle in the Sands". Something along those lines in film or a television show would be excellent.

For TV shows you might enjoy the 1983 series Reilly, Ace of Spies with Sam Neill. For novels there is Maugham's Ashenden: Or the British Agent and any number of Kipling fictions set in India and the Boer War in South Africa.
