How feasible is Las Vegas?

I've thought about this before, but Carrot Top's appearance last night prompted me to say something. If taxes are too high in NY and CA, why not do a talk show from Las Vegas where there is no personal income tax? I believe Jay would be up for that.

Are there adequate studio facilities?

Could this be overcome by the fact that entertainment personalities go through there constantly and many have retired in the area?
